One platform for your whole Roblox community. Verify members, sync ranks, run your staff team, track activity in-game, and handle Discord, all from one dashboard. No config files, no server to rent, no juggling five different bots.
Right now, running a Roblox group means stitching together a pile of bots: one for verification, another for HR, another for in-game admin, and a spreadsheet for everything else. Each one has its own dashboard, its own login, its own quirks.
Rexus does all of it in one place. Verification and role bindings, a real staff suite with applications, activity, quotas, events, and an HR logbook, plus in-game tracking and the Discord basics. One login, one dashboard, one bill.
No files to edit. No server to rent. No plugin soup.
Anything marked New is rolling out now. It all runs from one dashboard you sign into with Discord.
Invite Rexus to your server with one click. It joins with the permissions it needs and nothing it does not.
Log in with Discord. A short setup walks you through verification, roles, and channels. Turn on only what you want.
Connect your Roblox group, map your ranks to staff tiers, and turn on the features you want. On Premium, drop the in-game file into your game and activity tracking goes live.

No. The bot and dashboard run on our side. You add the bot and use the web app. There is no server to rent and nothing to keep online.
On Premium you connect your own Roblox group by pasting a group key we walk you through creating. The bot uses that key to rank members in your group, so control stays with you. Your key is stored encrypted.
Yes, two ways. Premium lets you rename the bot inside your own server. Enterprise gives you a fully separate bot with your name and avatar everywhere, which we set up for you.
Roblox removed the group shout feature across the platform in late 2025 and has not shipped a replacement with an interface bots can use. No bot can post shouts right now. Everything else on the Roblox side works normally.
Your paid features switch off at the end of the billing period and your Discord side keeps working on Basic. Your settings are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you return.
Each server is isolated and your Roblox credentials are encrypted. The bot only asks for the Discord permissions it needs to run the features you turn on.
Add the bot, sign in, and have verification and moderation live in a few minutes. Connect your group when you are ready for the Roblox side.
